TENNESSEE INVESTMENT PROPERTIES
As the main real estate holding company, Tennessee Investment Properties is the largest buyer of foreclosures in Memphis, TN. The company renovates houses and then rents or sells them to individuals and investment companies.

This is a full service real estate brokerage company that is also owned by Connell and Newell. Real Estate Consultants, LLC is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Memphis Area Association of Realtors.
